Terms & Conditions
The rights to the work will remain the property of the author or authors. Participants in Analogue Aotearoa must confirm that they are the authors and copyright owners of all images submitted and that their entries do not infringe the privacy, copyright or any other rights of any person. The participant guarantees that they have the explicit consent of all the people who appear in the images submitted (the legal guardian, in the case of children) to display and publish the images as described in these terms and conditions.
By participating, all the selected works may be reproduced by Analogue Aotearoa in any of it’s publications, websites, and social networks and/or in any promotional material that is referenced or credited only for promotional use (not for commercial use). 2-3 images of each selected entry may be released to the press to promote Analogue Aotearoa and be used in any media before, during and after.
The author or authors is responsible for installing works for display, with the support and guidance of Analogue Aotearoa.
The participant is responsible for all insurances of work before, during and after the festival. Analogue Aotearoa is not liable for any damages during transport, assembly, exhibition and disassembly.
